Executive Director Position

To Executive Director applicants:

Butte 4-C’s seeks an Executive Director.  Butte 4-C’s is a regional, non-profit human service organization dedicated to strengthening families, supporting early care and education professionals, and promoting high quality, affordable child care.  Complete position description and application materials are available at 101 N. Applicants must include a cover letter, resume, contact information for three professional references, and Butte 4-C’s application.  Each applicant must also respond thoroughly and succinctly to his/her demonstrated skills in the following areas:

• Management of overall agency operations

• Budget management/cost allocation plan

• Supervisory and personnel duties

• Liaison to the Board of Directors

• Grant writing and contract compliance

• Experience and proficiency with Windows and Word

• Compiling and reviewing statistical data

• Leadership skills

• Experience in the early childhood field
