Universally Offered Home Visiting

Universally Offered Home Visiting is a home visiting program that offers family support and resources. This program is tailored to meet the needs of new and expecting mothers through the baby's first year. 
There is no income guideline for families to participate
We offer referrals and connections to community resources.

Baby's Hand

1st session

  • Self Care Kit for mom

  • Topics to Discuss:

    • Safe Sleep 

    • Review sleeping area for baby

    • diaper bag checklist

    • Breast feeding/ bottle feeding/ WIC

    • Identify supports

3rd session

  • Topics to Discuss:

    • Food, nutrition, meal planning, WIC/SNAP

    • Period of Purple Crying

    • ​Developmental milestones and Ages and Stages

    • Identify supports and resources

  • Monetary incentive
